Your order will arrive in a plain, sturdy box or mailer.

  • No Branding: There are no logos, illustrations, or text on the outside of the package that indicate the contents.

  • Discreet Return Address: The return label will not mention "Pleasurated" or sexual wellness. It will display a neutral name (e.g., "PV Logistics" or "Shipping Dept").

  • Billing Privacy: Your credit card statement will show a discreet charge as Sleeping Dove llc, ensuring your purchase remains your business alone.

2. Processing & Shipping Times

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • Fast Fulfillment: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Standard Delivery: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days (for domestic US shipping), depending on your location.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100

4. Order Support

We monitor every order to ensure it reaches you on time. In the unlikely event that your order has not been marked as "Fulfilled" within 48 hours, our dedicated concierge team is already on the case. However, feel free to reach out to us at help@pleasurated.com for an immediate status update.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Due to our automated integration with our fulfillment center, orders are sent for processing immediately. We are unable to cancel or modify any order once it has been placed

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please take a photo immediately and notify the delivery driver if possible. Save all original packaging, as it is required for carrier inspection.
