At Pleasurated, we are committed to providing high-quality, curated wellness products. Due to the intimate nature of our collection, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

1. Hygiene & Final Sale Policy

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, all sales are final.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product once it has been shipped, regardless of whether the packaging remains unopened.

  • We do not offer refunds or credits for "change of mind" or personal preference regarding color, size, or sensation.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of the brands we carry. If you believe you have received a defective product or if your item was damaged during transit, we are here to help.

  • Reporting an Issue: Please contact our support team at Help@pleasurated.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Required Documentation: To process your claim, you must provide your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the defect or damage.

  • Our Resolution: Every claim is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. At our sole discretion, we may offer a one-time replacement or a store credit/refund.

  • No Return Shipping Required: For your convenience and for sanitary reasons, we will never ask you to mail an intimate product back to us. If a replacement is approved, we simply ask that you dispose of the original item responsibly.

3. Warranty Information

Many of the high-end brands we stock (such as those from our Nalpac collection) include independent manufacturer warranties.

  • After our initial 7-day reporting window, we recommend registering your product with the manufacturer directly.

  • We are happy to provide you with the necessary contact information for any brand-specific warranty claims.

4. Order Cancellations

Because we prioritize fast, same-day fulfillment, orders are sent to our warehouse almost immediately. We are generally unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
